Carry On Baggage
  • Each passenger may bring one carry-on bag and one personal item.
  • The personal item must not exceed exterior dimensions of 7 in. x 15 in. x 16 in. (17.8 cm x 38.1 cm x 40.6 cm) and must be placed under the seat.
  • The carry-on bag exterior dimensions must not exceed 9 in. x 14 in. x 22 in. (22.9 cm x 35.6 cm x 55.9 cm). Carry-on bag fees apply.
    • Baggage Fees
  • The baggage fee for carry-on bag and for the first and second checked bag is $14.99 to $35 per bag, each way if purchased in advance.
  • Bags added pre-departure after your initial booking will cost $15 to $45.
  • Bag fees paid at the airport for the first and second checked bag are $50 or $75 per bag, each way.
  • Max weight: 40lb / 18kg.
  • Max Size: length + width + height not to exceed 80 linear inches.
  • Additional charges for sporting equipment and/or overweight and/or oversize and excess baggage may apply.
    • Seat Selection Fee
    If you want to sit together with your travel companion or book an exit row with increased leg room, seat can be pre-selected at the time of reservation for a fee (up to $80).

    A variety of snacks and drinks on board select flights are available for purchase.
    Traveling with Children
  • Lap children between the ages of 15 days and 2 years old may fly at no charge if not occupying a seat.
  • Children older than 2 years old must have their own seat.
  • Children 14 years and younger must be accompanied by a passenger that is at least 15 years.
    • Traveling with Pets
    Allegiant accepts domestic cats and dogs in the passenger cabin on flights within the contiguous 48 United States. The pet carrier must be an FAA-approved, soft-sided, leak proof carrier that fits under the seat - maximum size of 9" H x 16" W x 19" D. There is a $100 fee per one-way flight for each carrier in the cabin.
    Military Discount
    Baggage fees (up to 3 pieces checked baggage) are waived for military personnel on active duty.
